With over 20 years of practice experience, I strive to provide all my patients with excellent care and the highest degree of professionalism. I received my education from the Scandinavian School of Acupuncture in 1993 and studied in Boston, MA. While in Boston, I had the unique opportunity to intern with Dr. James Yin Yau So, a world-renowned clinical acupuncturist. I have traveled extensively in China and Taiwan to round out my studies further. In China, I worked for a neurology department treating patients with both Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) & Scalp Acupuncture. I traveled to different hospitals in Taiwan to experience the different acupuncture and herbal departments that complemented the medical fields. I served for three terms as President of the Maryland Acupuncture Society (MAS). To stay on the cutting edge of acupuncture, I regularly attend training and seminars.
